Alex from Betel Construction, had done some great home improvement work for us. He helped us w/ some remodeling, painting and w/ a deck addition in the back of our house. Alex was an absolute pleasure to work with. I had a fireplace that was installed by my building’s HOA, and the contractors they hired were clearly not of the highest quality. Alex accepted my wall tiling project and immediately assessed the situation, determining that he would have to relevel the fireplace and replace the cement and tiling on the floor in front of it as well. Alex went out of his way to make my fireplace look good and functional, and I really felt like he cared as much about my house as if it were his own.
Alex is also a jack of all trades who took care of a few other things around the house for me without hesitation, including the installation of a new lighting system, mounting of my TV and a few shelves for my gaming systems, as well as the repair of a few doors and flooring issues, as well as running new outlets to where cables and wires could be hidden and more presentable.
Throughout the entire project, Alex was responsive, punctual, and respectful of my time while also reaching out when he had an idea that he thought I would enjoy, saving me money and making my project turn out awesome in the process.
I should also note that this project took place during the worst snowstorm to hit Seattle in over 100 years, and Alex was still out here to get the job done in his giant truck! Truly impressive work ethic, and I would absolutely recommend Alex to anyone for any project at all. If I ever need to do work around my house again, Alex will be my first call without a doubt.

I could not be happier. After attempting for almost 2 months to get another contractor to show up for scheduled appointments to get my bathroom tile installed, I decided to try another contractor. I messaged Betel Construction and received an almost instant response. Alex showed up when he said he would, and not only completed my floor in a day, but while working on the project he took time to explain to me each step so I understood why I was spending money on different materials.
Beyond this project, he also gave me some tips for other little repairs I needed to do in the house — including where to purchase the materials! If you need work done (and done right) go no further than Alex and his company. I’ve already recommended him to another friend and she’s having her basement redone now with him. We had noisy pipe and leaking faucets in the kitchen and bathroom. Alex came and identified the issue quickly. He helped replacing the kitchen faucet and the bathroom sink and faucet. So far so good. Alex was a very hard working and easy going person.

What an amazing experience. I called Betel Construction just for a few handyman repairs in our new home. After we experienced the work quality, the professionalism, honest price, we decided to renovate 2 bathrooms and our kitchen.
